ACK!!
Look what happened when I turned my back for a week in the garden! Holy smokes. These things were big enough to be considered a lethal weapon. There are five zucchini in my basket, and they weighed a total of 18 lbs! Yowzers.
Zucchini sweet rolls? Now that sounds so good! You will have to send me the recipe please? We are making bbq bean soup in the crockpot today. Will have to let you know how it turns out!
Well, you could be like me....waiting for the darned plants to sprout! If they ever do, it will be Christmas before I get anything from them :-(
ReplyDeleteI'm with Annie's Granny. She and I will be eating the harvest the harvest at Christmas. :-)
ReplyDeleteYeah, those zucchini can get out of hand pretty quick!
ReplyDeleteYikes, those are huge! So do tell, what will you be doing with them? Zucchini bread, cookies?
ReplyDeleteWow! I think they are even bigger than those sold in the market here! Great harvest, Lori!
ReplyDeleteAG and Wendy, maybe for Christmas you could have stuffed zucchini instead of stuffed turkey??
ReplyDeleteeg, seems it just took 5 minutes!
Becca, I'm thinking zucchini crisp and sweet rolls.
Astrid, Wow is right!!
